OUER is a live act, which presents music, that combines the spirit of Detroit Techno and Chicago House with the love of band-inspired jam sessions. With the approach to keep the spirit of early techno and house music, without being stuck in specific genres or ways to make music, they create a fusion of analog and digital sounds to take the listener beyond deadlocked spheres.
